Benjamin Gleitzman is the co-founder and CTO of Replicant, an autonomous contact center that solves customer issues over the phone with voice AI. Benjamin studied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at MIT, and is the inventor of Hunch, the engine that now powers billions of recommendations per day at eBay. After founding an art gallery of computer code to explore the aesthetic utility of algorithms, Benjamin was inspired to build Replicant to elevate AI to a natural, human level of communication.
