Fred is Vice President of Customer Service for AMC Networks, overseeing all customer service operations for the company. Fred is in charge of strategic and tactical direction for customer service for AMC’s popular targeted streaming brands including AMC+, ALLBLK, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now and also AMC,IFC, IFC Films, BBC America, Sundance TV and WE tv. Fred has more than 25 years of experience in customer experience, customer support, operations and technical support. He lives in Maryland with his awesome family and dog and is a huge tennis fan, player and coach!
