Marcelino leads Talkdesk Platform Products team, that includes Workspace, Connections, Data Platform, Builder and AppConnect. Prior to Talkdesk, Marcelino was an entrepreneur that co-founded two startups in the mobility and hospitality space and Marcelino also led a Business Unit with products and solutions for Public Transportation and Smart Cities. Marcelino is graduated in Software Engineering and certified in Project Management by IPMA.
