Rui Biscaia has more than 20 years experience in the realm of information protection and identity management. He serves as Senior Director of Product at Talkdesk, leading the development of a product suite geared towards helping close vulnerabilities in the contact center - whether it’s lack of awareness, inconsistent policy enforcement or deliberate fraud. Prior, Rui founded Watchful Software, later acquired by Symantec, where he led Product Management teams in areas related to Zero Trust, Identity and Authentication and Cloud Security. Rui is a father of 4 kids, and as a team sports enthusiast, has spent years professionally exploiting a 6ft 6in frame on the basketball pitch.
