Luke Schulta
Luke has spent the last 9 years in the technology and communications space from managing Help Desk operations, project management, systems design, speech analytics analyst, along with his most recent role as Gant Travel’s Contact Center Systems Administrator. While with Gant Travel, the Operations team has won numerous awards, most recently CCW Best Contact Center CX Transformation. Luke worked to pivot the contact center to the TalkDesk platform in the third quarter of 2020.
